ALMASHINES ALUMNI PLACEMENT PROGRAM (APP)

1) WHAT IS ALUMNI PLACEMENT PROGRAM (APP)?
Almashines Alumni Placement Program is a Flagship Initiative of Almashines. It is designed after extensive analysis of job providing patterns of 5 lakh+ users over the past 5 years.
The APP is to bring placement opportunities for your current students by engaging influential alumni who are potential job providers of one or multiple career opportunities.

2) ADVANTAGES OF ALUMNI PLACEMENT PROGRAM
  • Identify the tremendous alumni resource within the corporate world
  • Give a boost to campus placements
  • Get connected to an organization that couldn’t participate in the placements

3) HOW IT WILL BE ROLLED OUT?
  1. A new feature "Alumni Campaigns" will be activated on the Institute's Admin Dashboard. 
  2. On clicking the same, the admin will be redirected to a page with multiple campaigns listed.
  3. Click on "Campus Placements" and read the instructions.
  4. Set the Campaign Name and Description, select the information you would like to collect from your alumni and start the Campaign.
  5. The campaign is live now. Registered members of the alumni platform will be able to enroll in the campaign from "Noticeboard". 
  6. Now share the Alumni Placement Program Campaign with your Alumni Community through mails and other social media channels on a regular basis and collect responses from alumni.
  7. Whenever a member will submit details, the admin will receive a notification email. 
  8. Admin will also be able to assign admin rights of the campaign to other sub-admins. This can be done by adding "Collaborators" in the campaign. 
  9. Admin/Collaborator would also be able to send reminder/followup emails to the members who have not yet participated in the campaign. 

4) HOW WOULD ADMIN/COLLABORATOR BE ABLE TO SEE THE CAMPAIGN RESPONSES?
  1. Admin/Collaborator would be able to check the campaign responses under "Interested Alumni" on the campaign page itself

5) INTEGRATION WITH PLACEMENT COMMITTEE OF THE COLLEGE

These contacts and pledges can be accessed by the Admin of the portal. Based on the protocol of the institute, he may connect with these alumni to help them fulfill their pledges of providing career opportunities to current students.
