How to Add Videos on The Alumni Portal?

Alumni Portal is integrable with YouTube. Adding Videos is one of the best ways to engage alumni
To add videos on the Portal, You need the YouTube URL (Web Address) of the Video. If the video is not yet uploaded to the youtube, please upload the video to YouTube first. Learn How to upload video to Youtube.

Once you have the Youtube URL, follow the steps below to add it to your portal:
  1. Login to the Portal with Admin ID
  2. Go to Admin Dashboard
  3. Click on "Create News" on your right hand side
  4. Add Title of The News
  5. Click on YouTube Icon
  6. Paste YouTube Video URL
  7. Click "OK"
  8. Click "Publish"
