How To Create a Donation Project?

Donation Module will enable the Admin to create various donation projects to solicit donations from all the alumni/well wishers of the institute
To Create a Donation Project, Click on "Donation" tab found in the header of your alumni portal. Once the Page opens follow the path mentioned below:
  1. Click on "Create a New Project"
  2. Add the Project Name (e.g. Student Scholarship, Conference Hall Maintenance Fund, Batch Gift of 1975 Graduates etc.)
  3. Add the Project Details (e.g. What's the purpose of this fund, Where will it be used etc.)
  4. Select the Category of the Project (i.e. Academic, Social or Development)
  5. Select the Terminology for the Donation (i.e. Gift, Donation or Endorsement)
  6. Select whether Public (anyone on the web including non-logged in users) can Make the Donation or Only Loggedin Members
  7. Select the Start Date of The Project and Expected End Date
  8. Select The Target Number of Donors/Target Amount You Want To Raise from This Project
  9. Add Contact Details of The Concerned Person Handling This Project (Who Can Be Contacted By Donors With Queries)
