How To Create a Donation Project?
Donation Module will enable the Admin to create various donation projects to solicit donations from all the alumni/well wishers of the institute
To Create a Donation Project, Click on "Donation" tab found in the header of your alumni portal. Once the Page opens follow the path mentioned below:
- Click on "Create a New Project"
- Add the Project Name (e.g. Student Scholarship, Conference Hall Maintenance Fund, Batch Gift of 1975 Graduates etc.)
- Add the Project Details (e.g. What's the purpose of this fund, Where will it be used etc.)
- Select the Category of the Project (i.e. Academic, Social or Development)
- Select the Terminology for the Donation (i.e. Gift, Donation or Endorsement)
- Select whether Public (anyone on the web including non-logged in users) can Make the Donation or Only Loggedin Members
- Select the Start Date of The Project and Expected End Date
- Select The Target Number of Donors/Target Amount You Want To Raise from This Project
- Add Contact Details of The Concerned Person Handling This Project (Who Can Be Contacted By Donors With Queries)
