How to send birthday wish emails?

Many people come across academic journeys that leave unforgettable moments in their lives. Some may be teachers, others students, and alumni. Regardless of who they are, it is important to let them know that you think about them now and then, and one great opportunity to do this is on their birthdays.

Here, Almashines has a special feature of birthday wish emails that you can send to all members of your community. Add some sparkle to the birthday celebrant’s day with warm wishes.

The best thing about this is you have to set this email for one time only. Every day, the platform will send these emails to individuals on their date of birth automatically.

Here are the steps you have to follow to setup this email:
1. Go to Admin Dashboard > Mailing
2. Click on 'Mail Analytics'.
3. Click on 'Platform Generated Mails' and Find 'Birthday wish mail'.
4. Tick the checkbox and now this mail is enabled.
    The platform will now send emails automatically to individuals on their date of birth.
5. Platform has a default mail template. If you want to view or change the email content, click on 'Edit Mail'.


Note: To manage such settings, make sure you have 'Send Mail' rights as an admin.
