Step by step guide on how to convert your Student profile to an Alumni profile.
- It is recommended to update user roles once or twice in a year as per the batch's passing month.
Step 1: Kindly Go to the Directory Tab
Step 2: Under the filter column, click on “Search by role” and select student as your option. Apply the Filter of Year of Passing as per your applicability.
Step 3: Tick your name, select the “Actions” button and choose “Edit users.” A new pop-up will appear and click on “Proceed to edit.”
Step 4: From the drop-down menu, choose Role as your option, then mark the Edit property and select Alumni.
Once you click on Update, your profile would be changed from Student to Alumni.
