Why I am Facing Email Deliverability Issues?

If you are reading this, you must be facing one of the following issues:
1.  You are not receiving the email in your mailbox.
2.  You have received an email in your spam / junk box.
3.  You are getting a common question, why your email is landing up in Gmail's other tabs (Social, Promotions, Updates, Furums) and not in Primary Tab
First of all, don't worry, you have come to the right place. Let me assure you that, at AlmaShines, We work very hard to ensure 100% deliverability and maximum reach-out of the emails to the concerned users. While we put strict and hard measures to maintain the high reputation of our emails in order to ensure, the user read the mail, it still remains a collaborative effort of all stakeholders involved, (AlmaShines and Admins sending out emails).  You will know more about it, as you proceed reading this article.

1. Email not receiving in your mailbox
  • If you have not received an email in your inbox, please check spam/junk box.
  • If you are using Gmail, please check tabs other than Primary Tab (Social, Promotions, Updates, Forums).
  • Sometimes, email delivery may be delayed due to unexpected reasons. So please wait for 5-10 minutes, till you email lands up in the inbox.
  • If you still haven't received email, which rarely happens, please mail us at clients@almashines.com with the required information (what email were you expecting and what action had you taken before that).
