What is Yearbook?
The yearbook is an auto-generated directory of all the alumni of your institute organized with their year of graduation & Departments. Yearbook gets automatically organized by graduation year & Departments based on the profile information filled up by alumni while they register on the Alumni Platform.

How to view Yearbook?
To view Yearbook,
1. Go to your Institute Alumni portal
2. Click on Yearbook or Batchwise Directory tab in the header of the portal
Based on the Preferences of the institute You may be required to login to the portal to view Yearbook/Batch-wise Directory tab in the header
If you cannot find the Yearbook or Batchwise Directory tab in the header, either this feature is not launched in your Institute or your institute has not subscribed to this feature. Kindly drop a mail to clients@almashines.com for further Information. 

How to use yearbook to improve Alumni Database

1. Share Yearbook Across Facebook & Whatsapp - Share complete Yearbook & Individual Batches Yearbook On the Official Facebook page of the institute. Every screen on the yearbook has Facebook & WhatsApp sharing options at the top. Refer to the attachment below if you cannot locate the sharing options. You can click on any of those options to share the specific page on Facebook Pages, Groups, Messages or Wall & Alumni WhatsApp groups.

2. Assign Batch Ambassadors - You can contact the members of each batch to assign batch ambassadors who will share their respective batch yearbook among their batchmates.

To contact any alumnus,
  • Click on their name in the yearbook
  • You will be directed to their profile
  • Click on send message button & send them an appropriate message like the one below to become batch co-ordinator. Once they accept to be the batch co-ordinator, you may ask them to share the yearbook with their Facebook & WhatsApp contacts.
It is a pleasure to have you on the portal. Our Institute request you be the batch ambassador to get everyone in your batch to join this portal. Kindly share the yearbook of your batch with your batch-mates through Facebook, Whatsapp & Email
3. Share specific batch group link with faculty members who have taught a particular batch or are active on social media.
