In the Admin Dashboard, click over the Mailing button under the Admin tools and you will find the options: Mail configuration. In this option, you will be able to create or select your email address with which you will send your emails.

If in the future, you want to change or add an email address (Supposedly you want to send email from a different department that has their unique ID like placements@yourinstitute.com or alumnioffice@yourinstitute.com, etc.), it will be made possible by visiting Mail configuration and then adding that particular ID.
