Adding Faculty members to Alumni Portal

Adding faculty members to Alumni Portal is highly recommended as faculty has a very long-lasting relationship with their students. Faculty can use Alumni portal to bring in lots of their old students they are in touch with. The Alumni who would be joining the portal would also be glad to see their faculty on the portal.

Following are the steps to be followed to register faculty on the portal.

1. Login to the Alumni portal
2. Go to Admin Dashboard
3. Click on "Add New User" button on the screen
4. A form would open asking for name and email of the faculty. Fill this information and click "NEXT"
5. Select Role as faculty and add department(optional) and click "NEXT"
    After this step, the profile would be created & a mail would automatically be sent to this faculty to set their password.
6. The next form would ask to fill other details of the faculty. This form is optional. You may fill details you know about them and click on Submit or Save button.  

Note: If you cannot see "Add new member" button in 3rd step, you don't have right to add faculty. Please ask Super admin of the institute to grant you this right.
