How To Add Distinguished Alumni on The Portal?

Highlighting Distinguished Alumni on The Homepage Adds to the Regalia of the Alumni Community



To Add distinguished alumni to the portal, login with an Admin ID. Now Go to 'Admin Dashboard', here you'll see 'Portal Settings' >  'Homepage & Gallery' button on the Left side of your screen. Click on the Album Named 'Distinguished Alumni' or "Notable Alumni" or any similar album.

To Add Distinguished Alumni Follow the Instructions Given Below:
  1. Click on 'Add Photo'
  2. Upload the Photograph of the 'Distinguished Alumnus'
  3. Once the photograph is uploaded, do the steps below
  4. Add the Name of the Alumni in 'Heading'
  5. Add institute details like his degree/department/year of graduation in 'Caption'
  6. Add their career highlight (e.g. Secretary, PMO) in 'Sub Heading'
Note: If you cannot see "Home Screen" button in Admin Tools, you don't have right to add distinguished alumni. Please mail at clients@almashines.com if you need any assistance.
